Entry to Mid-level Transactions Attorney

Our Firm has a position open for an entry to mid-level associate to work primarily in the preparation of standard business contracts and intellectual property filings while sometimes providing support to our litigation counsel.

Skills / Requirements: Business experience or commercial or intellectual property law experience preferred, but not required. Please provide resume, writing sample, transcript if available, and other information you deem pertinent, e.g. prior business experience.

Compensation: This is an entry to mid-level position with base compensation of $40,000.00, with health insurance, generous incentive pay for new client generation and 401(k) and FSA.
